ProCEEd #32 > Polish game studio is reconstructing Chernobyl, Uber comes to Ukraine, Kazakhstan tightens control of Internet traffic

The spirit of winter holidays is spreading in the air, but we still have a couple of weeks to take care of things – and so do businesses and entrepreneurs in Central and Eastern Europe. The past week brought in a number of funding stories and new deals, as well as some reports on this year’s VC activity – I’m definitely looking forward to seeing more of those in the next couple of months.

For today’s podcast, I’ve had an interesting conversation with Max Rattner from Angee, a Czech-founded hardware startup that raised $530,000 on Kickstarter and then launched an additional campaign on Indiegogo. In addition to product-related questions, Max has a cool story to tell about his move from working as an English teacher in South Korea to becoming a VP of an Eastern European startup, with a few steps in between. Check it out:

Enjoy reading and listening, and have a great week!
